Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery to request a return. Longboat Supply Co. does not directly accept or process returns at our physical locations.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be uninstalled, unaltered, and packed in its original manufacturer packaging with all original components, manuals, and materials included. Please note that approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund total.

How to initiate a return: You must contact us first at hello@longboatsupply.co to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Because return routing is determined by specific brand and distributor infrastructure, items must be shipped directly to the designated distribution center or manufacturer warehouse provided with your RMA. Items sent back without a prior, approved RMA will not be accepted or processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once the distribution center or manufacturer has received and inspected your authorized return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
